What your customers can do in the portal

A portal login only ever sees its own company’s data — shipments, invoices and bookings for the customer record it belongs to, never anyone else’s freight.

Shipments and invoices

My Shipments lists a customer’s orders with status and key dates, with a detail view for each one. Invoices lists everything they’ve been billed, with the same detail most accounting teams need to reconcile against their own books.

Raising a booking

Bookings lets a customer submit a new shipment request directly: pickup and delivery details, freight specifics, and either picking an address from your existing Places or typing a new one, which is verified against Google’s address database before it’s accepted, so you’re never working from a typo’d or incomplete address.
