Setting up accounting integrations

Kahala TMS’s Xero integration is a two-way sync for your invoicing and payables — it’s the most complete accounting integration currently available. MYOB, QuickBooks and Zoho CRM integrations are not yet built.

What syncs

Once connected, generated customer invoices push to Xero as draft transactions with the right GL account mapping, and carrier payables push as draft bills. Customer and supplier contacts import automatically so you’re not re-creating them by hand in both systems.

Staying in sync

A webhook keeps paid and unpaid status flowing back from Xero to Kahala TMS automatically, so if an invoice is paid in Xero, that status reflects here too without anyone re-entering it. Connect Xero from the Integrations page under Org Settings.
