Setting up your places

Places are your reusable address book -- every shipper, receiver, depot or warehouse you move freight to or from, saved once so your team never has to re-type an address or risk a typo on a delivery docket.

Adding a place

Search for the address using Google’s autocomplete so it comes in verified and correctly formatted, then add any contact details or site notes specific to that location, like dock hours or access instructions.

Where places are used

Once saved, a place becomes a pick option on Order Entry’s shipper and receiver fields, and on Route Card Entry. For a customer with portal access, their own saved places are also available when they submit a booking request themselves.
