Setting up drivers

A driver record is what lets you assign a trip to a real person — set up your drivers before you start building trips, since a trip can’t be dispatched to your own fleet without one assigned.

Adding a driver

Add drivers from the Drivers screen with their name and contact details. Once added, they’re available in the driver picker whenever you dispatch a trip.

One driver, many trips

A driver isn’t tied to a single vehicle or route — assign them to whichever trip they’re actually running that day, and their trip history builds up on their record over time.
