Reviewing booking requests

A booking request is how a shipment enters Kahala TMS before it becomes a real order — created by your team on a customer’s behalf, or submitted by a customer directly through the portal.

Reviewing a request

The Booking Requests screen lists every request with its status, so your team can check the details, resolve anything unclear, and confirm it’s ready to move.

Turning it into an order

Once approved, a booking request becomes a real transport order, carrying its freight and address details across automatically — nobody has to retype what the customer, or your own team, already entered.
