Tracking profitability

Profitability shows gross margin on your orders — revenue against the actual cost of moving them, whether that cost came from your own fleet or a subcontractor’s payable.

Who can see it

Margin visibility is sensitive, so it’s hidden from every role by default, even ones with broad access elsewhere. Grant it deliberately from Roles & Permissions to whoever should see it.

Why it needs real costs first

Profitability is only as accurate as the cost data behind it — an own-fleet trip needs a vehicle class assigned, and a subcontracted leg needs its payable priced, before its margin means anything.
